Privacy Policy

The short version

Fierce By Design Coaching is a small coaching business in Twin Falls, Idaho. The only information this website collects is what you type into a form and send me. I use it to answer you and to coach you. I don't sell it, and I don't trade it.

What I collect

This website has no accounts, no logins, and no checkout — nothing is collected in the background as you browse. The only way information reaches me is when you submit one of the contact or inquiry forms, which ask for:

• Your name
• Your email address
• Your phone number (optional — the forms work without it)
• A subject for your message
• Whatever you write in the message box, including any program you say you're interested in

That's the complete list. If you tell me something about your health or your goals in that message box, that's information you chose to share — please only share what you're comfortable sharing over the internet.

As with any website, my hosting provider records ordinary technical request information (such as IP address and browser type) for security and reliability. I don't use those records to build a profile of you.

Why I collect it

• To reply to your question or inquiry
• To schedule and deliver coaching, nutrition, and training services if we work together
• To send you the free resource you asked for, if you asked for one
• To keep basic records of our conversations as a business

Who else handles it

I use a few service providers to actually run the business. They process your information on my behalf, and only for the purposes above:

• LeadProspecting.AI (LPAI) — the customer-relationship system that receives form submissions, stores my client and inquiry records, and sends transactional email (replies, confirmations, and requested resources).
• GoHighLevel — the platform LPAI syncs contact records into, where my messaging and scheduling live.
• Vercel — the hosting provider that serves this website.

Beyond those providers, I share your information only when you ask me to, or when I'm legally required to.

I don't sell your information

I do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to anyone, for any price, ever. I also don't hand it to advertising networks.

Cookies and tracking

This site does not set advertising or marketing cookies, and there are no advertising trackers or third-party pixels on it today.

I may add basic website analytics in the future to understand which pages people find useful. If I do, it will be limited to aggregate traffic measurement — not selling your data — and I'll update this page to name the tool before it goes live.

Your choices

You can ask me to:

• Tell you what information I have about you
• Correct anything that's wrong
• Delete your information
• Stop emailing you — just ask and I’ll take you off my list

To make any of those requests, reach out through my contact page and say what you’d like. I may need to keep certain records where the law requires it, and I’ll tell you if that applies to you.

How long I keep it

If you reach out but we never end up working together, I keep your inquiry for up to 24 months and then delete it. If we do work together, I keep your client records while we’re working together and for 3 years afterward, so I have the business and tax records I’m required to keep.

You can ask me to delete your information sooner at any time, and I will — unless the law specifically requires me to hold onto something, in which case I’ll tell you what and why.

Security

Form submissions are sent over an encrypted connection, and the systems above are password-protected. No method of transmitting or storing information online is perfectly secure, so I can't guarantee absolute security — but I don't collect more than I need, which is the best protection there is.

Children

I coach adults only — you must be 18 or older to work with me. This website isn't directed at children, and I don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 13. If you believe a child has sent me information, tell me through my contact page and I'll delete it.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, I'll post the updated version here and change the "last updated" date at the top. The version posted here is the one that applies.
